Original Description [3-segmented, smooth, with cephalis subglobose and not porous, terminating in a strong spine (broken), with a large, hyaline, median spot. Second segment constricted anteriorly, and dilated from the middle, sublageniform, passing into the third segment without strictures. Third segment narrower posteriorly and then cylindro-conical, the posterior margin torn (or truncate ?). Smooth surface ribs provided with a single row of pores ornament both segments of the shell. Total length 175 µ, of the cephalis 28 µ, of second segment 56 µ, of third segment 86 µ. (Translated from Latin by E.M.R. and W.R.R.)]
