Original Description

2c. Tribus: Sethophormida. Dycyrtida aperta multiradiata.
B.Sethophormida elevata (testa elevata, secundo articulo pyramidali, radiis 4 aut pluribus parum divergentibus, primo articulo plerumque parvo acuminato).
BI. secundo articulo laevi, non spinoso.
Ib. sec. art. dupliciter clathrato (reticulis tenuissimis in cancellis testae).

2c. Tribe: Sethophormida. Multiradiate, open Dyocyrtida.
B. Elevated Sethophormida (shell elevated, with pyramidal second segment, with 4 or more slightly divergent radii, with the first segment usually a little pointed).
BI. With second segment smooth, not spiny.
