Original description: Shell ovate, smooth, with irregularly arranged circular pores of different size, with three basal plate pores of equal size (fig. 47 c) Cephalis with three horns, the apical horn arising from where the basal plate and posterior foot unite and growing upward along cephalic wall, with no true inner skeleton joining to the basal plate. All three horns slender， of nearly equal size, distal end swelling like a drumstick. Base of shell with three conical feet, of about equal length as the cephalis； between the feet are secondary spines rising from basal plate, their free end with branchlets connecting with the branches of the feet. The form of the basal plate and the external view of this new species is similar to Arachnocorys circumtexta (Hertwig, 1879, pi. 8, fig. 2a) but the feet of the latter is bifurcated and is without apical and frontal horns. This new species is also similar to Archipera hexacantha (Popofsky, 1913, pp, 329—331 textfig, 35—39) in external appearance but the number of pores of the basal plate of the latter is only two and the cephalic horn is not swollen like a drumstick.
