Catalog entries: Aspis velutochlamydosaurus
Original description: Shell of three (?) segments; cephalis irregularly spherical, quite thick-walled, rough-surfaced, with several tube-like nodules externally, bearing a rod-like stout apical spine of which the base possesses a large pore, and a conical thick tube-like projection (probably V) with a large opening near the collar stricture. Thorax spindle-shaped cylindrical, its pores circular or subcircular with polygonal pore-frames regularly arranged with three solid, rod-like lateral wings/feet in the distal portion. Abdomen (?) commonly broken, only fragments of thin-walled lattice, its pores irregular.
