Original description: [2-segmented, smooth, with cephalis ovate, porous, substriate, armed with a strong frontal spine with thorns at the base. Second segment ovate-oblong, girdled by very many transverse rows of pores, truncate and slightly constricted posteriorly. 14 rows of pores, approximately 4 pores in 23 µ.
