Morphology: Cephalis composed of relatively large, subspherical eucephalic lobe and small ante- and postcephalic ones. The former lobe is thick walled with circular pores of various sized and many tiny by-spines, whereas the latter lobes have loosely latticed wall. Thorax long and undulated; the upper part having similar wall to that of eucephalic lobe, and the lower part characterized by relatively smooth and thin wall with oval to circular pores. Internal skeletal structure as with genus; A extending into rod-like spine, D proximally being a part of thoracic wall and distally detached from thorax as a rod-like spine, two 1attached to wall without extrusion, V also without extrusion, V’ extending 30° downward from the horizontal and forming a rod-like spine outside. Long by-spine arising from the ventral side of eucephalic lobe in sagittal plane. Thick connector bars developed between shell wall and spines.
