Original description: Primärschale sehr klein aus hexagonalen Poren bestehend, welche durch sehr dünne strichartige Balken getrennt sind, sechs Poren auf einem Durchmesser. Auf einer Anzahl Knotenpunkte erheben sich etwa zwanzig bis dreißig Radialstacheln, welche nach außen zu immer kräftiger werden. Dieselben sind dreikantig und tragen in gleicher Entfernung von der Primärschale je drei strichdünne Seitenäste, welche mit denen der Nachbarstacheln zusammentreffen, sodass eine Tertiärschale mit weiten dreieckigen Maschen gebildet wird.
Translated description: Primary shell very small consisting of hexagonal pores, which are separated by very thin line-like bars, six pores in one diameter. Around twenty to thirty radial spines rise at a number of junctions, which become increasingly stronger towards the outside. They are triangular and have three thin side branches at the same distance from the primary shell, which meet those of the neighboring spines, so that a tertiary shell with wide triangular meshes is formed.
