Catalog entries: Eucyrtidium platycephalum
Translated description: [Oblong, with 4 segments; cephalis broadly hemispherical, with indistinct longitudinal ribs and irregular pores; the remaining segments somewhat wider, slightly constricted, with pores in 4 transverse rows, 6 - 9 pores visible in each row. Terminal aperture with an undulate margin. Total length 107 µ, maximum breadth 51 µ, cephalis 33 µ. (Translated from Latin by E.M.R. and W.R.R.)]
Remarks on original description: Dubiously synonymized with Botryostrobus aquilonaris (Bailey) by Nigrini 1977[comment from RadWorld database]
