Original description: Shell consists of two complete segments, a generally incomplete third segment and three feet. Cephalis subspherical, poreless, surface slightly roughened with minute papillae, bearing two horns, which are sturdy, cylindrical and quite long. Collar stricture with six collar pores internally, with circular pores irregular in size and distribution, surface finely papillate. Cephalic structure has A, V, MB, two L, two l and D; two L and D extend to the three feet as thin ribs. Abdomen dome-shaped or rectangular in outline, smooth-surfaced, with pores smaller than those of thorax, subcircular, without pore frames, irregular in size and arrangement; distal margin ragged. Three ribs are incorporated in the latticed wall of the distal thorax and prolonged to sturdy, remarkably long, straight diverging feet, which rarely have one or two thorns or short branches distally.
