Original description: Shell large, of two or three (?) segments; cephalis subspherical, penetrated with numerous small circular pores with hexagonal pore frames, bearing two long, conical horns (apical and vertical). Apical horn is much longer than vertical one. Apical horn cylindrical in the proximal part and threebladed terminally. Collar structure distinct externally, with six collar pores internally. Cephalic structure has A, V, MB, two L, two l and D; two L and D extend as ribs and are connected to three feet. Thorax hemispherical or subconical, pores regular in size and arrangement. Abdomen composed of delicate fragments, with very coarse pores irregular in size and form surrounding the three feet. Three terminal feet are fairly stout, long, three-bladed in section.
Remarks on original description: This generic name is used here for convenience pending further detailed study.
