Original Description
[Primary and first tertiary shells, and sometimes the second teriary shell, similar to Arachnosphaera myriacanth, first shell with hexagonal pores, last with polygonal pores. Second tertiary shell related to the third by ramified spines that build a loose network with the apophyses originating from the spines between the third and fourth shells. (In German. Primary shell diameter 90µm; intervals between tertiary shells 40µm, 40µm and 50µm. Total diameter 450 - 500µm.
