Original description: [Elongate conical, with quadrangular pores in 6 longitudinal rows decreasing markedly in size toward the subglobose, solid apex. Length 375 µ, maximum breadth 140 µ. 23 1/2 pores in the total length. This form is related to Euplectellae. (Translated from Latin by E.M.R. and W.R.R.)]
