Original Description
Shell smooth, slender, ovate, nearly cylindrical, with small subregular, circular pores, which are disposed in nine to twelve transverse rows, and obliquely ascending perforate the wall. Mouth wide, without peristome, about two-thirds as broad as the shell. (Compare Lithomitra, Pl. 79.)

Shell 0.09 long, 0.045 broad; mouth 0.03 broad.

Editors' Notes
[The Lithomitra species illustrated on pl.79 are Lithomitra nodosaria, L. eruca, L. chrysalis, and L. infundibulum, in Haeckel, 1887a.
Questionably synonymized with Siphocampe lineata (Ehrenberg) group by Nigrini, 1977]
