Original Description
Gitterschale spindelförmig; das Köpfchen oben abgebrochen am abgebildeten Exemplar; unten einfache glatte runde Mündung. Die Länge der Schale verhält sich zur Breite wie 3: 2. Die kleinen Gitterlöcher stehen in 22 alternirenden Längsreihen.
[Shell spindle-shaped; upper part of cephalis broken on the figure; simple smooth circular opening on the inferior part. Length of the shell to the breadth as 3: 2. Small pores distributed in 22 checker board longitudinal rows. (Translation from German by J.P.C.)]

Length 100µm, maximum breadth 70µm, opening, 40µm, pores 1.7µm, bars 3-4µm.
Very rare.
