Original Description
Conchiglia di forma conica, piana inferiormente, con pori rotondi e distribuiti in serie alterne. Il capo, imperforato, è munito di un corno conico appuntito. Il torace è fornito di quattro spine, di cui le esterne sono più lunghe delle due interne.
[Conical shell, with a flat basis, circular pores distributed in alternate rows. Cephalis, imperforate, with a sharp conical horn. Thorax with four spines, the external spines longer than the internal. (In Italian. Translated by J.P.C.)]

Height (including the main spines) 118µm. Height (except spines) 100µm. Width 75µm.

Etymology: Latin inaequis + spina -ae = uneven spine
