Original description: Gitterschale aus einem äufserst feinen Kieselnetzwerk mit quadratischen und rechteckigen Maschengebildet, von 20 starken radialen, aus der grobmaschigeren Spitze abgehenden Balken durchzogen. Höhe des Kegels etwa halb so lang, als der Durchmesser der Grundfläche (der Kreismündung).
