Original Description
[Four or five unequal lobules, with a short apical horn and rib, sparsely porous. Second segment deformed, broken, digtinguished by distinct, irregular pores. Total length 62 µ, maximum breadth 34 µ. (Translated from Latin by E.M.R. and W.R.R.)]

Etymology: Latin acutus -a -um = sharp
