Original Description
Animal e Polycystinorum familia, liberum. Loricae siliceae articuli in adulto non in seriem sed in uvae (brevis) formam, id est in loculos plus minus discretos nonnullos contiguos dispositi.
Proxime ad Lithocampam accedit. Animal vivum ignotum.
Translation: Animal of the family Polycystina, free. Segments of the siliceous shell in the adult disposed not in series, but in the form of grapes (short), some of which are contiguously arranged in small, more or less discrete areas. Closely resembles Lithocampe. Living animal unknown. (Translation from Latin by E.M.R. and W.R.R.) ]
