Original Description Testae enucleatae e cellulis binis (longiludinaliter constrictae) aut e cellulis appositis multis coalitae.
Testarum cellulae concentricae aut spirales, lenues plurimae, passim ordine nullo spongiosae testae orbiculares non radiatae (Flustrae instar) disco limbato.
Translation: Test enucleate, with two chambers (longitudinally constriced), or formed of many chambers grown together (spread in a plane or rounded and subglobose). Chambers of test concentric or spiral, mostly delicate, spongy and irregular. Test circular, not radiate. Disc with arms.
