Original description: planispiral, biumbilicate, early whorls only partly visible, equatorial periphery distinctly lobate, axial periphery rounded. Wall calcareous, finely perforate. Chambers spherical in early stage, beoming somewhat compressed laterally in last whorl. About 10 chambers arranged in 2.5 whorls; the 4-5 slightly elongate chambers of the last whorl increase fairly rapidly in size. Their longest axis is directed slightly forward.
