Original description: [2-segmented, with an undulating margin; cephalis large, dilate anteriorly, decreasing in size posteriorly, with a short, thick frontal spine, and with distinct sparse pores. Second segment slightly narrower than the first, imperfect posteriorly, armed anteriorly with a thick spine directed backward, and with irregular sparse pores. Length without spines 120 µ, of the frontal spine 11 µ, of the lower spine 45 µ, of cephalis 64 µ. Breadth of cephalis 70 µ. (Translated from Latin by E.M.R. and W.R.R.)]
