Original Description

Test oval-rounded, wide, with parallel flattened sides. Two whorls, six chambers in the last one. Two keels nicely visible, divided by a flat inter-keel wall. Inter-keel surface of test is a ribbon-like belt which is of uniform width for its whole extent. Peripheral margin slightly scalloped in different parts. Two whorls visible on dorsal side, six chambers in the last whorl, first whorl indiscernible. Chambers flattened, circular to semicircular in outline. Chambers of first whorl strongly differ in size from those of second whorl (ratio of whorls is as 1 to 3). Size of chambers within each whorl increases gradually. The chambers of the second whorl have a weakly tuberculate surface ornamentation. On the ventral side six chambers are also visible. Chambers are also flattened, semicircular in outline. Umbilical ends of the chambers rounded. Wall finely perforate. Sutures on both sides arcuately curved, broad, raised above the test surface. Umbilicus narrow, open. Aperture indiscernible.
