Editors' Notes
This species was based on poorly preserved specimens and the hypothesis that they represented transitional specimens between Biscutum/Similiscutum and Lotharingius has not been supported by subsequent observations. The holotype appears to be a Similiscutum (Mattioli & Ferreira pers. comm. 2018).
