Citation: Pulleniatina obliquiloculata trochospira Hartono 1964Rank: sub-speciesType sample (& lithostrat): 196.80-201.35 meters in the drillholeType age (chronostrat): Upper Miocene-PlioceneType locality: drillhole near the road between Benoa and Denpasar at the village of Ambengan. in the southern part of the island of Bali, Indonesia.Type repository: Bandung; Geological Survey of Indonesia, Bandung, Indonesia;
Original Description Test more trochospiral than streptospiral, the last whorl completely enveloping the entire umbilical side; chambers inflated; wall calcareous finely perforate, has a smooth surface in the adult; aperture interiomarginal-spiroumbilical, because the umbilicus is completely covered by the enveloping last chambers, the aperture extends at the whole length of the base of the apertural face, aperture opening a broad arch. Size: diameter 0.56 mm. Extra details from original publication Remarks. - This variety is similar to Pulleniatina semiinvoluta Germeraad in the enveloping of the last coil, but differs in having a broad arch aperture opening. In P. semiinvoluta the aperture is narrow. This variety differs from the types of Pulleniatina obliquiloculata, figured in A. R. Loeblich Jr. and collaborators (1957, U.S. Nat. Mus.. Bull., no. 215, pl. 4, figs. 3a-5) in having depressed sutures and a more trochospiral test rather than streptospiraI. Comparison between P. obliquiloculata and P. obliquiloculata trochospira.
P. obliquiloculata trochospira
P. obliquiloculata
test shape
trochospiral-streptospira!, with the spiral side slightly flattened.
streptospiral globular
sutures
depressed
depression not very distinct, usually plain,
aperture
a long broad slit at the base of the apertural face, usually extending from the spiral side to the involute side.
not as long as specimens of the new var, at the base of the apertural face, usually placed rather away from the spiral side.
Editors' Notes The species was described under the name Pulleniatina obliqueloculata trochospira Hartono 1964 but the correct spelling of the species name is obliquiloculata

I think olbiqueloculata may have been the spelling used in the publication but it would be automatically corrected - so I am going to follow your advice and change it!
